Feature
Automatically controls the diesel to start and stop.
Automatically shuts down the diesel on fault condition.
The controller provides the following analogue channels sensing: three-phase generator voltage, three-phase load current, battery voltage, coolant temperature, oil pressure, oil temperature, fuel level, generator speed, generator frequency, generator power, power factor, total run time.
The controller accepts the following digital inputs: low oil pressure, high coolant temperature, low fuel level, emergency stop, remote start, remote reset, speed up limit, speed down limit.
Relay outputs are provided for start control, fuel control, preheat, generator failure, generator powered, speed down, speed up, idle speed.
Multiple diesel alarm channels are provided to monitor the following conditions: under/over generator voltage,load current overload, under/over generator frequencylow oil pressurehigh coolant temperaturelow fuel levelhigh oil temperatureover speedlow battery voltageemergency stopfail to start.
Chinese and English transfer display.
Made of industrial grade components.
Optional RS232 communication port, MODBUS communication protocol for remote control.
