Deutz Engine Specification:
1. Structure
Cylinder Heads: High strenght nodular iron casting ;
Connecting Rods: High Carbon Alloy Steel Forged;
Crankshaft: High Alloy Steel Forged, Bolt-on Counter weights;
Cylinder liner: Replaceable;
2. Intake System
Dry element air filter with visual restriction indicators, tubocharged (intercooler);
3. Electronic Governor
Electronic governor has been used to adjust the governing atio between 0 and 5%;
4. Fuel Control System
A-type multicylinder-combinde injection pump and closed multihole injector have been used in the fuel systems of Deutz series diesel engines, two pole fuel filter ensures the cleanness of fuel in injection pump , and increases the lifetime of injection pump;
P-type low pressure chamber euroasian extrusive and grinding injector has been used to improve the quality of fuel atomization
.
