1. ELECTRICAL CHARACTER EXCITATION
SYSTEM AVR: SX440, 460, MX321, MX341
The main stator supplies power to the exciter stator via the AVR.
1) The efficiency semi-conductors of the AVR ensures building-up voltage by low residual magnetism of the magnet steel.
2) The exciter rotor output is provided to the main rotor by a three-phase full wave bridge rectifier. This rectifier is protected by a surge suppressor against surges excused by short circuit or lost synchronization.
Voltage .regulation of SX440 AVR. with three phase induction detecting module<+-0.5%MX321 and MX341 suitable for the generation with permanent magnetic generator(PMG)
2.INSULATION AND VARNISH
1) The insulation stem is class H All wound components are impregnated with materials and processes designed specifically ensure the generator running in dreadful conditions.
2) The special developed resin materials meet required for high mechanical strength of windings and rotating components.
3) WINDINGS AND ELECTRICAL PERFORMANCE All generator stators are wound to 2/3 pitch.
4) This eliminates triple(3rd,9th,15th…)harmonics on the voltage waveform and is an optimum designed for UPS equipment of non linear loads.
5) The 2/3 pitch design avoids excessive neutral currents result from higher winding pitches. A fully consecutive damper winding reduces oscillations during paralleling.
The 2/3 pitch windings and care fully selected pole and tooth ensures very low waveform distortion.

3. TERMINALS AND TERMINAL BOX
1) Standard generators are 3-phase , and you can reconnect 12 ends of the terminals. which are mounted on a terminal block at the non-drive end of the generator.
2) A sheet steel terminal box within AVR is provided with enough place for the customers’ wiring. it has removable panels for easy access.
4. MECHANICAL FEATURES
1) Shaft and key .All generator rotors are dynamically balanced to better than minimum vibration of BS6861:part1 grade 2.5 double bearings generators are balanced with a half key.
2) ALL generators are designed two kinds of construction. the adaptor and the drive plate is consonant with SAE stardand.
