1. Diesel generator sets
All diesel generator set including diesel engine, alternator, control box.
2.Starting method of gen-sets
A) Manual switch
B) Auomaatic starting whoily: when electric supply has been stopped. The gen-set can start three times automatically in 3-28 second(time can be adjustable) between electric supply and everytime need 6-8 second. It will spend 12 seconds to accept load when electric supply is resumed, gen-set will maintain 23-230 seconds, then closes down automatically.
3.Control system
Apparatus: Volmeter, Frequency meter, Amperage meter, Voltmeter of battery, meter of water temp, oil meter, control section, handler, key type switch, inculding type self-protection switch and indicator
4.Other main performance
Voltage stead-state regulation +-1% fluctuation 1.5%
Transient-state regulation 15%~20% stead time 5s
Frequency stead-state regulation 5% fluctuation ratio 1.5%
Transient-state regulation +-10% stead time 5s
The noise of gen-set should no more than 85db at 7m
The fuel consumption is no more than 2.5kg/kw.h
Remarks: all the diesel engine have been made in China.
5.Additional equipments
Automatic starting control panel,This panel includes manual control panel, time relay, indicator testing button, alarm resetting button, over speed inductive switch, alarm buzzer of low-voltage of battery, starting malfunction alarm.
Automatic changing-over panel, when the electric supply has been stopped, the gen-set will start automatically, when the electric supply has been remender, the gen-sets will halt automatically
